SERVICES
CONCEPT DESIGN
Working with you, your architect or interior designer, we will create a series of concept based designs in order to inform the 1st stage of the process and design direction.
Early discussions utilising mood boards, sample luminaire types, 3D renders and project references will focus the design intent towards a set of ideas and outline budgets ready for the next stage.
SCHEMATIC DESIGN
At this stage we look at a more detailed set of tasks in order to specify luminaire types & layouts, lighting level calculations, controls topologies, outline plans & typical details, leading to outline budgets for
review & sign off.
This piece of work is crucial in order to ensure that the conceptual designs are delivered exactly as intended, and it is at this stage that the principles of the design are ratified.
CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
With all designs, budgets, specifications and schematics complete, we will finalise all items to produce a set of For Construction drawings, Bill of Materials & wiring schedules ready for the build to commence.
We work with all stakeholders during this phase to ensure a clear understanding of the design is co-ordinated fully, and most importantly integrated into the wider construction documentation.
PROCUREMENT
We are happy to procure all aspects of your design on your behalf sourced from our wide network of manufacturers, and are equally at home working alongside the rest of the design team to ensure that all lighting and control elements are correctly specified.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We manage the liaison with other trades , ensuring a seamless delivery of the lighting design. Failure to ensure that the design intent is implemented correctly can lead to compromises, extra costs and ultimately frustration.
During the process of construction we are on hand to ensure all details and site considerations are managed so as to ensure your investment and vision are delivered to the highest standards.
